Your game stays on your device
Heliowake is an offline, single-player game. It has no player accounts, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. The game does not request your camera, microphone, contacts or location.
Saved progress and settings
Progress and preferences, including music and effects settings, are stored locally on your device. Heliowake does not upload your saves or offer developer-operated cloud sync. Your operating system may include app data in backups according to your Apple settings. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading is different and can preserve it.
Testing with TestFlight
Apple automatically collects beta usage and crash information and shares it with us. Email invitations may identify you by your name and email address. Feedback and screenshots you choose to send through TestFlight are also shared with us. We use this information to investigate issues and improve Heliowake, not for advertising, and do not share TestFlight information with third parties.

Support and retention
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you send. We use it to respond and improve the game. We keep support correspondence and any separately retained beta reports only while needed for support or resolving issues, unless retention is required by law. Apple controls retention of information on its services. Contact us to request access to or deletion of information we hold about you.
Optional links
Opening an external link uses your browser or mail app. Those services and the website host handle the connection under their own policies. We do not attach your saved progress to these links.
