The short version: we collect nothing.

Data collection

Ghost Hunt: Spooky Seek does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information or gameplay data. The app has no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Optional purchase

The optional Full Haunt purchase uses Apple's StoreKit and App Store services to load its localized price, complete purchases, restore purchases, and confirm access. Apple processes Apple Account, billing, and purchase-history information under Apple's Privacy Policy. Sub Rosa Industries does not receive that personal information. We may receive aggregated, non-personal sales reports from Apple.

Camera

The app uses your device's camera to power the augmented-reality experience (Apple's ARKit). The camera image is processed entirely on your device, in the moment, solely to place ghosts in your surroundings. It is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere — by the app or by us.

Game progress

Your game data (best times, the Spectral Album, settings, and any saved Haunted Room map) is stored only on your device. The room map is excluded from backups. Deleting the app deletes this local data. Full Haunt ownership is maintained by Apple so it can be restored or shared with eligible family members. We have no access to your room map, camera images, or gameplay history.

Children's privacy

The app is designed to be family-friendly. Because it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If a future version changes how information is handled, this policy will be updated first and the app's App Store privacy label will be updated when required.
