The game does not collect personal data
Claire’s Cafe works offline. It does not collect or transmit personal data and includes no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, in-app purchases, or third-party SDKs.
What stays on your device
The app stores your game progress, café decorations, sound, haptics, spoken-hint and helping-hands settings, food drawings, in-game pictures, and, after updating from version 1.0, a backup copy of your 1.0 café locally. Its album captures the game itself; it does not access your camera or photo library. Sub Rosa Industries LLC does not receive these saved files.
Spoken hints
Spoken hints are generated on your device by Apple’s built-in speech synthesizer. The app does not use the microphone, and no audio or text is sent anywhere.
Backups and deletion
A grown-up can remove individual pictures from My creations after a simple grown-up check. Removing the app removes its local data. Apple device backups may include the app’s storage according to your settings; backup copies are managed by Apple and may remain after local deletion.
Children’s privacy
The game does not request personal information from children or other players. There is no chat, social feed, account registration, or public sharing within the app.
If you contact us
If you choose to email support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you send. We use them to respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence by emailing the address below.
This website
This policy describes the game. These support pages are hosted by Cloudflare, which receives standard web-request information, including an IP address, when you visit. The pages do not add advertising or analytics scripts.
